Cancellation & Refund Policy Cancellations made more than 3 days (72 hours) before the activity: Eligible for a 100% refund. Cancellations made less than 3 days (72 hours) before the activity: Eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the activity: No refund. Cancellations by Olden Active/Briksdal Adventure due to weather, safety concerns, or technical issues: 100% refund. Cruise Ship Port Cancellation: If your ship cancels its port call to Olden, preventing your visit, you are eligible for a full refund. Due to the unpredictable nature of weather conditions, adjustments to scheduled trips may be necessary. If a trip is rescheduled or canceled by us on short notice, you may choose to either join the rescheduled trip or cancel your booking free of charge. However, please note that if weather conditions deteriorate during the trip, requiring an early return or route adjustment, refunds will not be issued. The safety of our guests is our highest priority, and in such cases, the guide’s decision is final. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

What’s not included

Flotation suit has a hoodie and hats are not included, but they are available to buy at the Olden Active base camp shop right in the port.

Itinerary

Welcome & Safety Briefing – Meet your guide right at the port, receive safety gear, and go through a short introduction.
RIB Cruise on the Nordfjord – Set out on a steady-paced RIB journey, taking in breathtaking fjord and mountain views.
Crayfish Pot Retrieval – Stop at different locations to check crayfish pots. With fishing, a catch is never guaranteed, but the excitement is always there.
Return to Harbor – Cruise back toward Olden, with scenic glimpse of Loen along the way.
Cooking Demonstration & Tasting – Conclude at Mølla Gjestehus with a warm welcome. Enjoy a live crayfish preparation demo and a cozy tasting session.
