If canceled more than 3 days before: 100% refund. if canceled by Olden active/Briksdal adventure due to weather, safety or technical reasons, 100% refund
If canceled less than 3 days before: 50% refund
If canceled 24 hours before or less: No refund
Note: In the event that the ship you are aboard cancels its port call to Olden, preventing your visit, you are eligible for a free cancellation with a full refund.
Due to the unpredictable nature of weather conditions, adjustments to scheduled trips may be necessary. In the event that your trip needs to be rescheduled or canceled on short notice, you have the option to either join the rescheduled trip or cancel your booking without any charges (if the changes are initiated by us as the supplier). However, please be aware that if weather conditions worsen during the trip, resulting in the need to return or retreat earlier than planned, refunds will not be issued.
